Design Director

About you

Rooted in world class design at their core, this individual needs to be someone who constantly asks “what if?”. The Design Director will need to be prolific, conceptual, curious, professional and insightful. They will help the studio become the world’s most provocative maker of branded everything. This individual will be a strong leader with a focus on prioritizing the work — always pushing to make ideas (and teams) as good as they can be. We like people who push boundaries and test the edges. We need this person to take big swings, not play it safe. Every project should be seen as an opportunity to make the best work of their career, no matter how big or small the brief or client. Lastly, and most importantly, the Design Director must be a good person — fair, inspiring, an incredible leader, and someone the team wants to work for.
