About you

You’re an expert Motion Designer and are keen to be part of a small multi-discipline team. You have at least three years industry experience and are excited to work across 2D/3D animation, interaction design, and visual effects.

You are creative, self-motivated and confident in your craft. You take direction well and are not afraid to input new ideas.

What you’ll do

• Advance and inspire the visual aesthetic of all our projects and pitches.
• Collaborate on creative campaigns ranging from online content and experiences, to digital out-of-home and TV ads.
• Receive and give direction within a multidisciplinary team of creatives, motion designers, designers, and producers, working together to create world class work.
• Influence the way that Stink approaches the creative process – we’re a highly collaborative team always looking to improve the way we work.

Requirements

• You have an exciting portfolio of live work, displaying how your understanding and passion for motion design can translate into work for clients.
• You are an expert in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
• You are comfortable with Cinema 4D and third party renderers like Octane
• You have an understanding of basic post production, clean-up and colour correction for film.
• You have a basic understanding of photogrammetry and software like Agisoft Metashape.
• Bonus points will be awarded for experience in VR post production, 360° video, Nuke, modeling, rigging, realtime (WebGL and Unity), Substance Designer / Painter.
• You’re keen to collaborate as part of a team across disciplines.
• You understand the importance of working to deadlines and working with structured workflows.
