About you

You’re a Midweight Producer who is proactive, enthusiastic and has a passion for learning new skills, with an eye on current industry trends and developments.

You should be creatively and logistically minded and be able to take and give direction well.

You will be client facing with excellent communication skills and have the ability to own a job from start to finish, managing the team internally, through to running client meetings with support from your teams.

You should be highly organised and confident in managing timelines and budgets to meet project expectations.

You represent our team to the client. You will be responsible for devising and negotiating budgets and proposals and assembling and managing teams of designers, creatives, developers, strategists, and producers in our studio to ensure that the atmosphere and the work are both excellent.

This position requires some experience and knowledge in producing technical projects, preferably in a start-up, production company, or agency environment.

What you'll do
  • Oversee projects from briefing through to delivery, working closely with the project team to ensure expectations are managed with both the internal team and the client.
  • Lead your project teams with a good sense of intuition and emotional intelligence.
  • Show that you are a technical and interactive specialist by leveraging your underlying knowledge of the medium to manage risk and problem solve on the fly.
  • Serve as a main point of contact with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage projects and teams with a calm and steadfast attitude.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage budgets, statements of work, and schedules to deliver successful projects and profitability.
  • Be responsible for the overall profitability of the job and finding solutions to making budgets work.
  • Be confident in asking the client for more budget and overages.
  • Plan, prioritize and successfully manage your workload across multiple projects and in turn, manage and support more junior producers on your project.
  • Be proactive, enthusiastic, and have a passion for learning about and working on emergent technologies.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's ideas.
  • Enjoy crisps.
Experience

This position requires at least 3+ years experience in campaign or creative content development.
