Digital experience for LOEWE’s first major exhibition - Crafted World.

LOEWE came to Stink Studios with a challenge to craft a digital experience to accompany a highly ambitious project; the brand’s first public exhibition in its nearly 180 years of existence. The accompanying digital experience needed to build on the physical exhibition, covey the DNA of the brand and engage the audience with the joyful and the unexpected.

Going beyond just event info and ticketing, we developed an explorable LOEWE world - a dynamic environment, with surprises carefully hidden throughout. Taken as a whole, the project blends the brand’s whimsical characteristics with craft, high fashion, art and Spanish culture.

From the outset, we set down the brand’s craft credentials with an interactive journey across motion, touch, sound, augmented reality and more. Users received reservation tickets with one of five different toolboxes.

To engage the audience before they visit the show, we built fun quizzes and games that directly tell LOEWE's stories while connecting people with the brand’s beloved ambassadors through shared play.

One game directly addresses a common issue with the brand, just how to pronounce LOEWE, to introduce playfulness in both the brand and the exhibition.

We mirrored each exhibition room as an online interactive experience. Digital technology brought the offline exhibition to life online, stimulating multiple senses. Visitors could feel the textures of bag-making materials through haptics, immerse themselves in the sounds of Ibiza, and explore the art and craft in augmented reality.

Exclusive gifts and surprises were unlocked through the digital experience, including wallpapers, filters and miniature exhibits for children to interact find.
