An immersive, virtual fashion experience to mark the launch of Alber Elbaz’s new brand AZ Factory, in partnership with FARFETCH.
To mark the launch of AZ Factory, we designed and built a shoppable virtual fashion show that captures the fun, playful vision of the brand. Inside the truck, a joyful and whimsical world is revealed where users can seamlessly browse, interact and shop the key items from the collection in 360-degree detail.
With a tight turnaround in mind, we optimised the external mesh for display on both platforms and the interior for WebGL implementation. We baked emissive, and occlusion maps for the scene and paired them with different environment maps to suit the different use cases. WebGL made use of a standard pre-rendered environment designed to display the materials at their best.
