Ocado is working hard to build a more sustainable future with a number of long-term initiatives. As 2020 came to a close, we created a personalised campaign celebrating every customers' shopping habits in 2020, and how they’re simultaneously contributing to a greener future with Ocado.
Each film celebrates an individual's purchasing habits on Ocado, from their most loved product to whether they are the region’s top purchaser of a certain brand. Alongside the films we also created a manifesto film and accompanying microsite to tell a richer story about Ocado’s sustainability credentials.
Using our RITA automated video platform, we created hundreds of thousands of personalised shareable assets to show that by shopping with Ocado, each customer is helping to create a more sustainable future for them and the planet.
Products were integrated in realtime from the Ocado platform based on customer purchases.
Within two weeks of launch, we’d tripled KPI targets with 145,000+ personalised films created for customers, and +12% increase in positive sentiment for the brand.
