Your 2014 Story

Strava approached us to help reward its users at the end of 2014, by allowing them to create a unique, personalised highlights reel of their athletic year.

The mobile-first site invites athletes to connect with Strava, and we did the rest. Developed using the Strava API, our web app dynamically compiled all of the most interesting data for the individual athlete, including distance, achievements, kudos, and Instagram images.

The film was created in real-time, and was presented back to the user in just a few seconds, enabling them to share with friends instantly across Facebook, Twitter and Google+.

The campaign had an overwhelming response, with over 120,000 videos created in just 24 hours.
